May or may not recommend new standard reports based on data trends. Routinely summarizes information on defect data, process improvement data and analyses and recommendations to management. Trains technicians and / or engineers within functional area by developing and deploying curricula and / or mentoring May represent the unit on project teams. May act as project leader on projects of limited scope and impact Resolves a wide range of issues in innovative as well as practical ways Networks with key contacts outside own area of expertise Interacts with management and external stakeholders (3rd party contract companies) on matters requiring coordination across organizational lines Completes audit training, as required Bachelor's degree (in a STEM related field) required Minimum 5 years of work experience required Industrial, Mechanical, Software, or Electrical Engineering experience required Experience with ISO9000 preferred Six Sigma training or similar certification / training preferred Understands key quality metrics and performance levels Demonstrates knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing Education and training in quality disciplines Problem solving and ability and experience analyzing raw data Experience with devices and industrial printers Solid experience with data analytics Excellent presentation skills.
